The Havel Volunteer League (HVL) is Havel Elementary's Parent/Teacher Organization.

We are an independent entity of the school and registered with the IRS as a Non-Profit (501c3) organization. 

 

Our Purpose

The HVL is a dedicated group of parents and staff who meet to discuss and implement ways to enhance the educational process at Havel Elementary School. We provide support to our teachers, children and school throughout the year and strive to create lasting memories for the Havel community.
